This 100% Grenache rosé is sourced from 25-year-old bush vines. The free-run juice is fermented in French oak using indigenous yeast and the wine rests on the lees for 15 weeks before being bottled. It's fresh and crisp, with rose petal and honeysuckle tones atop generous ripe red and candied fruit, strawberry, raspberry, dark fruit and mineral. Great structure and length. Perfect for outdoor dining.
