This wine comes from some of the oldest Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in Rueda, with vines topping out at over 40 years old. After grape selection and cold maceration, the newly vinified wine spent five months resting on its lees in stainless steel. Lively and elegant with notes of citrus, fresh herbs and mineral, it's a good choice for seafood.
