Assyrtiko and Monemvasia combine to produce this medium-bodied white from the Greek island of Paros. Floral, citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavours dominate the nose and palate, complemented by subtle mineral notes. It's zesty and refreshing, with lingering citrus on the finish. Ideal with grilled fish and seafood. Ce blanc mi-corsé de l'île de Paros en Grèce est élaboré à partir d'assyrtiko et de monemvasia.
